Worship.

-Meditation-
Isaiah 1:11

--TheSecretPlace--

I just really quickly want to touch on a few points. When I was reading this verse today, and I read verses like this, I just get that brokeness of heart that I believe the LORD has. How He wants a people of genuine faith, and a desire for Him.

Jesus wants us to love Him, and offer ourselves up to Him as a LOVE offering. --And we can't force ourselves to love Him, or anyone, unless we want to love who we are loving. Jesus is not blessed with our lip service, He wants true followers.

I don't believe there is any greater thing than to love God with all that we are. There is nothing else, and no one else who is worthy of my love like Jesus. How can we walk in this life of LOVE??

It seems like it keeps on coming back to this.

LOVE.

It is because the LOVE of God is what keeps us going, it is what sustains us, WE NEED THE LOVE OF GOD DESPERATELY!!!!

Let's give ourselves to the one thing we need.

I believe that you have been hand-picked to love God with all you are.
Be blessed.

---Intercession---

Father, please please help us. We are weak and broken, and we need You to sustain us, and make us like You. Bless you Jesus! We love you Jesus! In Jesus Name. Amen.

Be very blessed!!

-LOVING GOD-

-Meditation-
Revelation 2:4

--TheSecretPlace--

Today I was reading Revelation, and I was pray reading through it, and as I was in chapter 2, I was praying, and this verse is one that I have heard a lot, and I love it, but today God just showed me more about it, and really made another side of it come alive to me that I haven't really given much thought to.

So #1- Loving God is the greatest thing we can do, and there is so much grace for us when we fail to let loving Him be the first priority-the #1 focus- in our lives.
I know that on my own journey with the LORD, for me to love Him with all of my heart, and all of my mind, and all of my soul , and all of my strength, has been the hardest thing I have ever done. When I set my face on loving Him, more and more attacks from the enemy come my way, BUT I have had more strength to overcome him by loving God, and receiving the LOVE OF GOD than ever before. His love fills me, when I love Him---BECAUSE--- It takes God to love God, we need God's help to love God Himself, and the great thing is--- He loves to help us LOVE! Praise God.
***When loving God is the number 1 focus in our lives, our days, and how we speak to others, and about others, are filled with LOVE***
#2-When it comes to loving God, loving Him second is loving Him last.
ouch.... That applies in every circumstance in life, and I am guilty of this, it comes in many different ways. It is like when you have a few hours to do something and you haven't spent time with God, and you know you should say no to whatever is fighting for your attention, and sit before God, but you choose to do other things..... God doesn't condemn you for not spending time with Him, because He wants you to come to Him because you want to come to Him, but that is not putting your time with Him first in your life. I am guilty of this, and so is everyone else who is walking with God. Christianity is not about a bunch of strong people, we are just weak beings trying to love a BIG STRONG GOD who is so in love with us!

It is a weak lifestyle, but it is absolutely the best, most life-giving lifestyle ever.

I cannot even begin to comprehend how great life in God is.

My challenge for you, and for myself is simply to do all we can to keep God first in our lives. I do not think anything blesses Him more, because we are all He wants.... What a great thought.

---Intercession---

Father, please help us to let loving you be the first priority in our lives. We love you, and ask that You would pour Yourself out on us tonight, and even now. We love you in Jesus' Name. Amen

I just want to encourage you in the LORD, and let you know that you really are loved, I want to encourage you to not walk around ashamed or embarrassed, because you have the King of glory walking with you. Be blessed!

Loving One Another.

-Meditation-
1 John 3:11-15

--TheSecretPlace--

So I am currently thinking about how the LORD really does use the small things in life to bless us, and my thought is... Why? Why Lord would you do that? He does more than I realize--His blessings couldn't be more obvious... And even when things are horrible, and life doesn't seem to be going good, He pours out yet another blessing, and blows me away!! It's like when you pray for someone, and awesome things start to happen in their lives, because you took time to care about them, and lift them up to the Lord. Blessings come from loving others--blessing others, even when it seems unnecessary. I know that we receive blessings from those who love us, and care about us... Those things make life special. So I am thinking about this, and the question in my mind of course is.... How can I love others better? How can I bless them? and How do I love those who I don't really want to love, or those who I really don't like?

I have found that there is only ONE WAY to do this!! AND YOU GUESSED IT!!----- Its PRAYER.

I have found that when the Lord has led me to pray for people.... that sadly I didn't want to pray for, I have come to love them with His abundant love, and instead of having a heavy heart against them, I have come to love them with JOY.---Because when you pray for others, you begin to see them just as the LORD sees them.

How amazing is our God!! That He would give us an open door to love.

We are really commanded to love one another--as a choice of will-- We can not love if we do not want to love.

I believe love is the roadway to blessing. LOVE is the source of blessing, and when we love much, we are blessed much, and we bless much, and the two most amazing things is to bless God, and to be blessed by God!!

---Intercession---

I want to challenge each of you to think of someone you don't exactly get along with, and think of people who make you mad, and you don't like to be around, and I want to challenge you to really get on your face and PRAY for them! Pray for those who you consider rude, or selfish, and mean, and annoying, and get the LORD's heart for them. Ask God how He feels about them, and do all you can to LOVE THEM WELL, with the LOVE OF GOD.

Jesus, you are such a lover, You bless me, and You bless your people, because You love us. Teach us how to pray what is on your heart. Teach us Holy Spirit how to be like You. We love You, and Thank you for bringing us through this wilderness with plenty of food, and water to get us through. We love You, and love to gaze upon your beauty! Help us to love others the way You love them, and help us to love You with Your own love. We need You Lord, and we cry out to you to pour out your Spirit, and awaken us. Jesus, You are the King of glory, and we want to give YOU ALL of the glory! We love You. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Jesus, You are so COOL!!!

Just as we want to be
Be blessed in the Name of Jesus.
much love to you.

diligence/consistentcy

-Meditation-
1 Corinthians 9:24-27

--TheSecretPlace--

I have realized that as you are on your walk with God, which is all the time, it is really hard to spend set aside time with Him daily without some discipline. I know that when I first started having quiet times, it was the hardest thing (and it still is still pretty hard), to get alone, and quiet with God. I believe the enemy declares war on your quiet time more than anything, because when Gods people spend daily time with Him, and learn what is on His heart, and partner with Him in intercession, and continually gain knowledge of His will, the atmosphere around them literally changes, because they no longer speak continually out of anger, and they no longer speak with a bad attitude, but we speak in such a way as to release heaven on earth. Satan hates that. Satan absolutely hates the kingdom of light, he wants us to in every way further the kingdom of darkness, which we can choose to do by lashing out in anger, and speaking harshly to people, and about people.

I think all of you would agree that diligence, and discipline are good things, because they bring forth consistency, and good habits. When Paul said in 1 Corinthians 9:24-27 that he disciplines his body, and makes it his slave.... To win the prize. His eyes were on Jesus, on eternal things. When we lay around lazy, being slaves to our body we are losing the race--says 1 Cor. 9:24-27.
When our eyes are on Jesus, and we are doing all we can to know Him, and to please Him, and to LOVE Him, and to establish His kingdom, I do believe that is considered as winning the race. This is really simple, we have to RUN(walk in diligence, and consistency) to win the race.
If we just lay around we will lose.

So DILIGENCE, and DISCIPLINE, and CONSISTENCY ARE GOOD.

I have had such a hard at times, but rewarding time being diligent, and disciplined in my walk with God. Even though sometimes I barely want to push through, and sometimes I am so reved up to spend time with God, but no matter what He always brings me through, and gives me the delight of His presence.

It is hard, but will we be willing to give all for God? Will we be willing to do whatever it takes to get our time with Him, to win the race?

I believe we will, and no matter how many times we mess up, we are still getting closer, and closer to the prize.
I want to encourage you to set aside a special time with the LORD every day, and  He will meet with you and pour out His Spirit to you, and when it is really hard, and you feel bored, keep on seeking for the face of God, keep on pressing in He is faithful to meet with you, and to encounter Him even once is so worth all of the hours of prayer and worship to Him.

 ---Intercession---

Father I ask that you would be with each person reading this, and I pray that you would encounter them as they come before you day after day seeking your face. I ask that you would fill them with the knowledge of you. You are so good!! We love you LORD. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

The Foundation Is Being Shaken

-Meditation-
Jesus is going to shake everything that can be shaken.
Hebrews 12:25-29

-TheSecretPlace-

Man, this is a kickin' scripture. The LORD's heart right now is burning with jealousy, as a consuming fire, [because He is a consuming fire(Heb.12:29)] for a people who will not be shaken, because they are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken.
He is burning for a people who will refuse any compromise in their lives.
I was praying yesterday, and I really felt the LORD speaking this to me, and I am going to share this with you so that you may take action in prayer, and in fasting. I know He is raising you up even to take the kingdom of God in power.

I believe this scripture, and I believe that we are entering into the beginnings of Jesus shaking EVERYTHING THAT CAN BE SHAKEN, and those things that are shaken will not remain--but only FAITH-HOPE- and LOVE remains.
Will He find what He is looking for?
I was praying yesterday, and I just felt the LORD speak this to me, that He IS shaking the foundations of Dothan, and as He is doing this, He told me that this may seem like a bad thing, but it is a good thing, because when the foundations are shaken, we will see who is truly standing on solid ground. When God's (Holy Spirit)Fire burns through us, all of our lukewarmness is disintegrated by the flames.

This may seem small, but I will let you discern how the LORD is calling you to partner with Him in this. I believe that you are the one(s) God has chosen to accomplish His will, this is by no contest the greatest honor. I pray that you would grasp the revelation of this violent shaking. And that we would see Jesus as our Jealous Bridegroom King fighting for His Bride with a holy passion.

This is a violent love.
We serve a Jealous Bridegroom.

Search this out. What is the LORD saying about your family, and your generation? Are you aware, or do you know how the LORD wants to use you in your home, and at your school, and in everything you do? Are you aware of His presence?

---Intercession---

Lord God, we confess that we are so unaware compared to how much you are aware. Your knowledge of what is happening, and what you are doing far surpasses my understanding, and I stand amazed, and utterly blown away by the Revelation of Jesus. LORD, please make yourself known to us as a consuming fire.  We are blessed to know you God. We love you. Please continue to capture our attention, and draw us closer to You Jesus. In Jesus Name. Amen

-Meditation-
1 Corinthians 8:3

--TheSecretPlace--

I went to DHOP(our prayer meetings) tonight, and the more and more I go I realize that even though we are small, our prayers go up to heaven, and we, IN DOTHAN, are filling up the bowls of incense IN HEAVEN. Though we are few, our prayers are intense, and that is really what the LORD is looking for. Intense intercession--Those who are passionate about pursuing the LORD in LOVE and in INTIMACY. That is what we are doing, and I am so blessed to be a part of this movement. I have just been hearing--especially these past few days-- about how the LORD is moving people to pray in Dothan!! AND In Ashford(a city close to Dothan)!! HOW AWESOME!! The LORD is igniting (His) people everywhere really to pray. I don't know who all reads this, but I want to invite you to come, and pray with us, our times of prayer with the LORD are so special.

I posted yesterday, and made a point that God wants to know you, and said that, that basically means to me that He wants room in your life to guide you and correct you--and ultimately bless you. So I was reading this morning and I came across this verse!
1 Corinthians 8:3:

"But if anyone loves God, this one is known by Him."

God wants to know His people, He wants us to move with His Spirit, and pray, and sing with His Spirit. He wants us to love Him, so that we may be the ones who are known by Him.

Honestly, I don't know all the way what it means to be known by God, but He is stirring my heart to be known by Him-To love Him--With all of my heart soul mind and strength--[I would love to hear your insights on being known by God! This is something I believe we need to dig deep into]-- There is something that happens in the heavenly realms, I believe, when God's people start to really love Him wholeheartedly. When I love God with all of my heart soul mind and strength, I believe that He is moved, and is motivated to pour out His Spirit on me. I am stirred to let you know that His heart is just as stirred when you focus all that you are on loving Him.

So I want to encourage you, in the LORD, to do whatever He is calling you to do to love Him, and to obey Him.
=]
And by the way, I just wanted to let you know, and encourage you that our hearts is what the LORD sees, He sees your efforts to love Him wholeheartedly, and that is what matters to Him, because none of us can love Him perfectly, without messing up. Part of loving Him, is knowing and accepting the grace He has for us when we fall. I really just feel strongly for those who let their failures stop them from running the race, because in Christ we have total victory no matter what mistakes we make, there is so much forgiveness, and love in Christ that even when we keep on falling into sin, His arms are wide open waiting for us to run into His embrace. So be encouraged, and blessed that we do not live for a God, who is demanding, and mean, but we serve a God who is living and abounding in love and kindness.  Keep on drawing near to Him when you fall, we all fall, we just need to always come back to Him, and love on Him, and be loved by Him. There is nothing better than being loved by Jesus in our weakness. There is no greater thing than to be loved completely, by the God of the universe who is completely and totally swept away by one single glance from our eyes. He is captivated by our gaze. OH WHAT LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  God loves you so much, don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.--> YOU ARE LOVED BY GOD--THE LOVER.

Just Always Remember this--
You are loved, and you are a lover.--That is truth, and its all we need.

Jesus LOVES you guys SO MUCH!!!

Be Blessed, and Be ENCOURAGED!! The LORD is with you.
Blessings!
Thank You Lord Jesus. You Who are so GOOD, and ALWAYS FAITHFUL!!
You who are perfect, and blessed among men, thank you so much for what you are doing in the lives of those who read this blog. In Jesus Name.
---Intercession---

Lord, Jesus, I want to tell you right now God, that I love you so much, and as Your Bride, we declare to you that we love you! You have stolen our hearts, and have caused us to crave You alone, and to know You. Jesus, You are fairer than the sons of men, and You are brighter than the stars in the sky, I just ask in Jesus' Name that You would rend the heavens and come down, and show us how to love You. Please meet with us LORD, and right now I just want to thank You for always being with us, and blessing us. We love You. In Jesus Name. Amen

Why One Thing??

-Meditation-
Psalm 27:4

--TheSecretPlace--

Hola, my friends..... I just wanted to #1 give an update to how the Dothan House of Prayer is going, and how the LORD is moving in us, and really all throughout Dothan. I am so blessed, and glad to be able to partner with the LORD in this hour, there is no greater joy than to partner with Jesus in intercession. It is through intercession that we establish justice, which I am so very stirred about.

Our prayer meetings are open to anyone, and everyone who wants to come and pray-- email me for any questions or more details. So if you would like to come at all, please come!

I was thinking about this verse, Psalm 27:4, and how there are so many onething conferences, and its like everywhere you look, and we always pray this. Though this verse is such an amazing verse, and I do not in any way want to put this verse down in any way--- I pray it all the time, I just want to look at it, and capture some of the intensity of this verse.

We pray "Lord, one thing have I desired, and I will seek this one thing with everything I am"
"Jesus you are my one thing"
"I will only set my face towards seeking you"
"I want to sit in your presence, in your house, all the days of my life''

We pray these prayers, sometimes like they just roll off the tongue, or because they sound really spiritual, but these prayers are so much more than just merely words. When David wrote this prayer, and prayed this prayer, he had it burning in His heart more than anything. More than He wanted to be king, more than he wanted to sit on his throne, David wanted to sit at the FEET OF JESUS.

He was completely humbled in the realization of what he was made for, and made it his heart's cry to live for this higher calling--To live with a single purpose.
He lived with a burning desire to know God, and to be known by God.(God knows everything about you, and He does know you, and He does love you the way you are, but when I say He wants to know you, I simply mean, He wants to have full reign in your life to guide you and direct you, and convict you, with you being willing to follow His lead.--I could know everything about you but our relationship will have no intimacy if we never speak into one another's lives. For our FRIENDSHIP to grow, we need to let iron sharpen iron)

When I think about this cry in David's heart for God, and GOD ALONE, I am blown away, and I am deeply moved to set everything in me for this very one thing. I am so moved, and convinced that there is nothing more fulfilling than sitting in the presence of the LORD, this is the ONE THING we were created for! We have no higher calling, and WHY IS THIS?? I believe that we can go to the beginning to answer that question--- He CREATED us FOR FELLOWSHIP.

So when we pray this 'one thing' prayer, we are not merely echoing the prayers of Mike Bickle, or Lou Engle, but when we pray this, we are saying from our hearts to the LORD, that He really is ALL we are living for, and He is so worthy to be the center of our focus, and love.

I believe the LORD is calling this generation, and really all of His people to Himself in this holy love relationship, I believe He is saying, and asking His Bride, "Will I be your one thing?" What will our response be to His love, to this high calling that we were created for?

Will we say yes, fully understanding that when we commit ourselves to one thing, everything we do revolves around that one thing. Some might say that when you say yes to this, you are losing all of your life, to that I say YES--(Mt.10:39)-- Because we have to lose our lives to find our lives, Oh what a trade to lose our worldly, sinful lives to obtain life in Christ Jesus!!

OR

will we say no, and remain a sleeping, lifeless bride?? Because if we try to save our lives, we will lose them(Mt.10:39).

After all of that, one thing comes into my mind, and that is that the Word of God is so immensely intense, and nothing that the Bible has written in it I fully understand, I am continually blown away.

---Intercession---

Father of glory, we come before you in thanksgiving that we may have full life in you. We are blessed to come into Your presence, and I just pray that you would fill us with Your Spirit even now, and that we would live, and walk in such a way that the fragrance of Your Name is noticed on our bodies by the way we live. We love you so much, and are thankful that You love us the way you do, Jesus THANK YOU! You are so wonderful! You are so great! Creations beauty does not even match the Beauty of Your face!! WE LOVE YOU!!! Bless you LORD! In Jesus Name! Amen, and Amen.

Blessed-

-Meditation-
2 Peter 1:5-9

--TheSecretPlace--

Bonjour!... I would like to note-- When I pray-read the Bible, I can really just feel the Word being applied to my heart.... It is really awesome!!

I won't be writing too much today... BECAUSE I want to hear some of your input.

I have been at a youth retreat this weekend-which is why I haven't posted.

So I was reading these verses today in 2 Peter, and just in case you don't have your Bible, it says

5 But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, 6 to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, 7 to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. 8For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9For he who lacks these things is shortsighted, even to blindness, and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his old sins.

So, why is this important? Why would we need this in the Bible?

I believe the LORD was giving us a really clear picture, and a really simple way to BE FRUITFUL, and FILLED with the knowledge of  Jesus Christ. I believe He was revealing a hidden truth. When we gain virtue, and knowledge, and self-control, and perseverance, and godliness, and brotherly kindness, and LOVE, it becomes almost impossible to stumble into sin. And we, as it says-- Know God(we do not fully know Him, but our knowledge of Him increases)

The Lord has been teaching me how exactly to in all diligence add to my faith, in every area of my life right now. I have never been so stirred, and moved to be diligent in my life as I am right now. I am currently working on getting up earlier, thankfully the LORD has provided me with great grace, and also accountability.

But through all of the tiredness, I am getting to that point of diligence in getting up early. It takes time to be diligent, but it is COMPLETELY DOABLE.

Ask yourself what it looks like, and how you can become a more diligent person, whether it is in your quiet times, or schedule, or just how you manage your time, get some accountability, and press in hard to get into the lifestyle He is calling you to live. I am on this journey with you.

I would love to hear your thoughts! I  love you guys!

The River of God is FULL of WATER.

-Meditation-
2 Timothy 1:6

-TheSecretPlace-

Man, the LORD is so good. Can I get an Amen?

For real, I am so overwhelmed by how much He loves us, more and more it seems like every day. He loves to drizzle over us the fragrance of His Name, and the nearness of His Spirit. Tonight I was reading, and praying Psalm 65:9, and in the NKJV it says that 'The river of God is FULL of water.'

What a good Word. I am so glad that I flow by His river, because I can never run dry when I am fully immersed in it, in His presence, and in His Word(water). I have realized that 'getting into worship' is not something we gradually enter into, but it is a choice to step into the realm of pouring out our adoration, and love to God through everything we do. I don't mean that we don't feel His presence more at some times, than others at all, I know for sure when the presence of God is heavy it is hard not to be fully immersed in worship. But I am talking about the times when you don't exactly feel like worshiping, and you don't really want to be where you are in life, those are the times where our worship to the LORD takes us giving ourselves to the purpose of worshipping the King of kings, and the LORD of lords. A life of worship is choosing to worship Him even when it is hard to. And sometimes it is hard.

The most amazing thing is that God blesses us for the times we deny our flesh, and He looks upon us with favor, and HE SEES US. He sees every sacrifice we make. He sees our brokenness, and how we still want Him when we are weak, and how we love Him when all of our strength is insufficient. He loves our efforts, and is not disappointed when we mess up. What abundant life!! (John 10:10) How do we cultivate this life of worship, and prayer? How do we get into this constant flow of worship, and prayer? How do we step into all that God has for us, how do we reach our full potential, even when we don't feel like we even have potential?

I believe that this lifestyle, and have found that this lifestyle can surely be cultivated, but only by completely giving ourselves to a life of prayer, and worship. Which does not mean locking yourself in your room and never coming out, and it doesn't mean you can't go to school or get a job, but it is giving God your best set aside time to pray. It is constantly getting to the prayer closet, and praying without ceasing (1 Thes. 5:17). What does that look like for you?
What works for me may not work for you, so ask the LORD how He wants you to pursue this life of prayer. I think I need to ask Him that more often, because sometimes I think I am pretty good, then He opens my eyes to how much more ground there is to be covered.

This is what it is to fan into flame the gift of God, which is what I believe to be the best gift, ever.

I love you guys, and I am praying for you.

I just feel like the LORD would say to you tonight to
'do not lose heart, and don't stop pursuing the life you are pursuing in Him, what you are doing is seen, and you will see results, and you will make it through the hard times, continue to press in, and continue to come to Me. I am with you, and I see every movement of your heart towards Me.'
Get into the Word, and ask the Holy Spirit.

I also just want to say that everything I say about like cultivating a life of prayer, I would just like to add that these things are the ways I have found helpful in my own walk with the LORD, and He may be wanting you to pursue Him in a different way, so... yes, I just wanted to make that clear. =]

You guys are awesome! The LORD has great plans for your life!!
ALL of Gods delight is in YOU!!!(Psalm 16:3)
Blessings to you!!!!
I love you!!
JESUS REALLY LOVES YOU!!! AND LIKES YOU!!!! =]

Why Are We Here?

-Meditation-
Genesis 2:1-2

God always finishes what He starts, and He does not rest at all until His work is finished. Ever.

-TheSecretPlace-

God is sovereign, and can do what He pleases, because He is All-Powerful, and well He is God. From the beginning of creation, He created mankind, Why?-- It is simply because He wanted fellowship. He already had Himself, like the God-head, 3-in-one, Father Son Holy Spirit, so why would He create man? He surely didn't need us, He most definitely did not require our input on anything, so there is absolutely no other He would create us with such emotions, and feelings if it was not for intimacy, and fellowship with Him. That is why when we go to the secret place we feel completely right, and like there is no where else we are meant to be, than His presence... I believe that to be the complete truth. So He created us, and the amazing thing is that this God of superior pleasure to all we know, loves us without measure, and His heart is overturned with emotions, and desire for us, and God doesn't just feel this way about anything, He isn't at all head over heels for daisy's, and butterfly's, His heart is captivated by you, and I.

When we sinned, we completely, and utterly destroyed our perfect fellowship with the Father, and you would expect for Him to just destroy us because we failed, and start all over with a somehow "better" creation, but I am telling you now that God doesn't mess up, and when He created us He knew all that was going to happen, and He was thinking of you and I as He created the galaxies, and all of the stars of the sky. He had us in mind, and still does. When Adam and Eve sinned He knew it, and He knew that when He gave them the boundary that He did that they would stumble. So why did He let it happen?-- Even though Adam and Eve were the apple of His eye, and the very center of His affections, He did not create us to be robots, He wants us to come to Him on our own, by our strength, to trade our ashes in for His beauty..----(sorry for that rabbit trail.)--- So after however long it was, that some thousand years, He had still not forgotten about us, and His desire for fellowship, and for His people had not changed, He still burned for His people in the same way He did in the beginning, and in the moment everyone(except for very few) seemed to have forgotten of His jealousy, and fiery love, and love, He came as a human, and the Messiah was born of a virgin, and He came into the world, for one purpose, and that was love, He knew all that He was to endure, and all of the pain He was even to encounter, and He-Jesus Christ, our KING- became a man, a living breathing man, fully man, but fully God, and He came to get His Bride back, He came to rescue a dying generation, to bring them into life to the full-John 10:10- He came as a humble Jewish man, and went to the cross. But He did it, Why in the world would God of the universe, God of the angel armies come to earth, become a man, and take on a servants lifestyle, all to die on a cross, and raise again!!?? Why would this God go SOO FAR---go ALL the way--- FOR YOU AND I?

This is LOVE. This is REAL TRUE LOVE.

This is He who loves you so much so that you and I would be able to walk with Him and talk with Him. This is our God, He rose from the grave so that we may fully obtain fellowship with Him once again. His desire is for us, and the truth is that though  we are saved from hell, and given His Spirit to fellowship with Him, He is not yet finished, He is coming again to demolish the sin, destruction of the world, He is coming back in the fullness of His passion and desire, for His Bride. For the one whom has caught His eye. He is coming back, and we will be one with Him. This is the greatest hour to be living in, because we have the honor to run with Jesus, and prepare the way for His second coming. Then will He say, "it is finished' and there will be no more tears(except tears of JOY), no more death, no more mourning, or crying or pain!(Revelation 21:4)

This is what we were created for.

Oh what joy that brings to my heart!! We were created to be with God, we were created to have fellowship with Him! This is real life. And We have FULL access 24/7 to this GOD!!!!!!!!!

I hope this day that you are challenged to go deeper in the LORD, and I hope your heart, and passions are stirred by the One who gave them to you! I want to challenge you even to right now get out the Word, and start praying through it, go on a journey through the Word of God, and completely dive into it. What better time to start than right now! If not today then go for it tomorrow, there is a God who wants your affections, and emotions, and He is the only One worthy! So lets go after Him.

Updated-----Not Outdated.

Hey everyone! I haven't posted in a couple of days, and I have really just been burning over some things that I would like to share with you.

The presence of the LORD is so so sweet, and to live without His presence is to like live without food forever. His presence is what calms me, and His presence is what keeps me going.

I have just been learning so much from the Holy Spirit, Jesus is such a good teacher. So many times we want to take classes, and listen to a billion sermons, and we get obsessed with our favorite speakers, and preachers, and worship leaders, but really and truly there is no greater speaker, or preacher, or worship leader than Jesus Christ, and the greatest part about that is, we ALL have 100% COMPLETE ACCESS to HIM.

My day is not truly GOOD, until I have my time with Him, nothing is really LEARNED, and TAKEN TO HEART, and UNDERSTOOD, until He reveals it to me. The LORD is the greatest Teacher, and I am so blessed to say, and proclaim to others that I get to spend hours with Him a day! He is the One who guides me, and helps me. In Him I find refuge.

One thing He has been showing me, is that the hour in which we are living, the wickedness is increasing so much that if we don't step up, the kingdom of darkness will quickly overcome this nation, and this earth with darkness, and His heart, and desire is that we would take a stand in intercession-prayer, and seek His face above all else. Oh that the schools of Dothan would turn to Him! Oh that the churches would CALL UPON HIS NAME AGAIN! We have yet to see the greatest revival of the ages, and I believe He is offering to us that very thing, because it will never stop. There is a prayer movement increasing upon the earth, and the LORD wants us to partner with Him in that, I don't think this is something you should be a part of just if you want to, I believe that the call to prayer is such an intense and crucial thing that all of Gods people must do, and that is all the prayer movement is-- a move of prayer. And by prayer we can call fire from heaven down, and the LORD may turn, and send revival.

I want to set myself apart for this purpose, and I want to charge you to do the same, whatever you feel on God's heart for this very hour, whether it is raising up a holy generation, or maybe it is just painting a picture for the glory of God, whatever He wants you to accomplish go for it, and get into His heart.

There is a movement of prayer raising up in the churches, and no power or principality can stop this move of God. I believe that it is our highest calling to be with Jesus, and to talk to Him, and listen, and speak on His behalf, so just whenever you can, in all of your free time, and in all the time you have get to the secret place No matter what it takes GET IN THE PRESENCE OF GOD.

There is nothing greater than His presence, and nothing can help you to produce fruit in your life, His presence is necessary.

My hope and prayer for you is that you would grasp how important His presence is, and that you would truly gaze upon His beauty, and be So immensely overcome by the weight of His glory, and His presence in every way, every single moment of your life.

Be blessed!!

Perfect Love Casts Out All Fear.

-Meditation-
1 John 4:18

-TheSecretPlace-

There is no fear in love; but PERFECT LOVE casts out fear, because fear involves punishment, and the one who fears is not perfected in love.

Fear is such a hindrance to perfect-real-love. The sad thing is, so many people today are living in fear, some with little fears, and some with big fears, but there is one result from all fears, and that is-they hinder LOVE. Fear hinders the perfect love of God from impacting our hearts. The truth is that one time or another we all fall into some fear of some sort, and the enemy will do all he can to pull us down, because when we fear, it hinders love, it pulls us away from trusting God, and it causes us to live in bondage. The reason Jesus came back was to save us, and to deliver us from those very things, He wants His Bride to enter into full, and complete love for Him. That is one of the biggest reasons Satan attacks us so much. From the beginning Satan has hated us, because God loves us(SO MUCH), we have what he will never again have access to=LIFE. So he is doing, and is going to do everything he can to steal kill and destroy all people.

I see a real need to pray for those living in fear, whether it is fear of man, or fear of death, or anything you can think of, so right now if you know anyone at all struggling with any kind of fear I want to invite you to pray 1 John 4:18 over them, they desperately need to be covered with the Love of Jesus, they need, and we also desperately need, to be gripped with the love of Jesus, we need to be fully consumed by His love. Fear is like cancer, and when we let it take root in our hearts, we become paralyzed. We are not able to enter into all that God has for us when we live in fear, and we are extremely held back by fear. So just take a moment and pray for anyone you know, whether it is you, or someone you know, the LORD wants to set them free, and He wants to break into their lives.

I just feel like the LORD is wanting us to be intercessors for each other, when He is trying to grip us, and fear is hindering His griping our hearts, we have a problem. I feel just as we are entering into the most intense hour of all time, and Jesus' coming is so close, the spirit of fear is really attacking the church, because whether we like it or not, the rage of Satan is increasing, and as it does there will be an increase in martyrdom in the church, and I know many people fear this, and Satan has tried to discourage me in this. And martyrdom is a very very intense thing, but it is not a curse, even though it may seem like it. Martyrdom is a great honor, it is one of the most radical expressions of love for God.

So lets join together and pray for one another. The LORD is marking individuals with His holy love, and I myself long to be gripped by that love, so lets dive into prayer.

The Bride, and Her Husband.

-Meditation-
John 15:15

-TheSecretPlace-

More and more everyday I think about Jesus, as my Bridegroom. I see Him more and more as the one who is running hard after my heart. I want to come after Him with that same intensity, and I want to be as intimate with Him as He is inviting me to be. I am learning that there is NOTHING more powerful than a Bride going after her Bridegroom.-- what a perfect picture of a lovesick heart for Jesus that cannot be stopped.

So many have forsaken their identity as the Bride of Christ, and I think that, that is one reason so many people get discouraged for messing up, we for some reason have it in us to believe that Jesus gets mad at us when we mess up, and some people think that He loves them less for messing up, but the truth is that Jesus loves us the same NO MATTER WHAT. He loves us just the way we are, and that's all He wants us to be, ourselves. He wants you to be--- YOU. And when we are ourselves to God, and we surrender ourselves to Him, as we are, He will mold our heart into the likeness of His own character. Our focus is- GOD. God's focus is- YOU.

He wants us to be ourselves, and only by His grace can we even do that.

I think about how a bride in a wedding walks down the isle, and her groom is waiting for her, His most treasured one, as she walks down the isle... imagine the emotions, and the excitement in their hearts, as the bride walks down the isle to the one who loves her more than anything ever.

This is our relationship with God, and the thing is, to get to the waiting Bridegroom, we have to walk down the isle. We have to walk out this life on earth with our Bridegroom in full view, that the long walk down the isle is worth the prize, and that is Jesus HIMSELF. He alone can satisfy.

Here is the heart of the bride, and I am taking it as my own.
I have to get to the Bridegroom. I am walking down this isle, if it's the last thing I do, I am getting my beloved Husband Jesus.

When a bride is lovesick, there is no stopping her from walking down the isle.
No one can or will silence the cry for intimacy. Her focus, and attention is on the one her heart loves.

As the bride of Christ, we will get the One our hearts long for.

Their is true longing and yearning between a bride, and a bridegroom, and they will do everything to be with one another, and when they are brought together no one, and nothing can separate them.

How much more so does God see us, as we walk towards Him, how much more is He stirred for His bride- pure and spotless. We must walk this out with the confidence given by the gaze of Jesus. We can't give up on our waiting Bridegroom.

What does it take to live as the bride of Christ?

There is no formula, it is just loving God wholeheartedly. Loving Him to the death. It is 100 % devotion, nothing more, and nothing less.

It is being faithful even when it is hard.

Doing what He tells us to do, when He tells us to do it. It is obeying Him, because He knows what is best for us, and usually He tells us to do things, so that He can bless us. We bless Him through obedience, and He blesses us-because He likes to.

We must approach Him daily with confidence, as His bride, as His treasured possession. We are His and He is ours. How can we not spend time with Jesus! The One who is captivated by one glance of our eyes.

It is such a neglected thing, but so important. WE ARE GODS FRIENDS He just likes to be with us.
He is always pursuing us, lets press in and pursue Him with one heart!

I will most definitely be posting more on this subject. My heart is stirred, and I hope, and pray that God is stirring your heart as well.

-Intercession-
Jesus, please fill us with the revelation of Your great LOVE. God, you alone are beautiful, and I want to be with You. I pray that you would cover us with the light of Your face. We want to be with you where you are. We love You Jesus, please encounter us, and stir us to come after you as a lovesick bride comes after her husband.

I want to invite you to continue to press into the LORD's heart. All your efforts are seen, all your passions are seen, and He wants to use your heart for His purposes, He wants to use your talents, and gifts and abilities for His glory. Continue to bless the LORD with all that you are. He sees you, and you will certainly not lose your reward.
Be blessed. You are such a blessing to the LORD.
You are loved, and cared for. May the Holy Spirit fill you up, and give you dreams and visions. And be blessed beyond what you have ever experienced or known.
Receive this, and much love to you.

Kasey... Stirred by the gaze of the Bridegroom.

Tomorrow, I again will continue to post on the lines of this subject.

Intense Intercession

-Meditation-
Job 36:26(NKJV)

"Behold God is great, and we do not know Him."

Intense intercession

So what is intense intercession? How do we intercede.... and how do we intercede intensely? How do we get to the place where intense intercession flows from our hearts, and our mouths? How can we get to the place of intense intercession.... all the time? Is our intercession meant to be intense all the time?? What is intercession?          And How are we going to do it?

So I was thinking about all of the above... and I was praying and talking to Jesus and listening. As I listened I just thought about those two words... INTENSE    and    INTERCESSION

I began to listen to Jesus, because I was, and still kinda am, having a quiet time, and I was just listening, and when I listen He is just speaking to me, and showing me so much stuff, which is another reason for me to listen more, and more. But as I was listening, He just spoke to my heart, and said
'Intercession isn't just praying really hard, it is also being still before the LORD, and listening to the heartbeat of Jesus. And letting His LOVE engulf you, and out of that place your heart is radically awakened to intercession, and you are empowered by the LOVE of Jesus, by the flame in His eyes, to make your prayers as intense as the LORD's fire on Elijah's offering.'

Intense Intercession doesn't come, and isn't made by raising your voice at God, or pacing back and forth, or EVEN from our mountain-top experiencing, but rather it is from sitting in the presence of our Bridegroom, listening to His voice which is like the sound of many waters.

Intimacy is oneness with Jesus.
Being one with Jesus is a great joy! And sometimes, just as a bride, we bear His burden. We share our hearts with one another, and even though Jesus knows everything-because He searches our hearts- He wants us to come to Him, in our problems, and in our joy, and He wants us to come to the place that when we get hurt, we run to Him, and when we win a prize, we run to Him. And He so so SO wants, and desires to share His heart with us! What a trade!! He wants us to know the yearnings of His heart, and will gladly reveal Himself to us. Sometimes He makes it so that we actually get to prove our love to Him, by seeking, and searching for Him diligently, just so that we can have more of Him, and oh how that moves His heart!!

When He shares His heart with us, we can better intercede, because we know what to agree with Him with intercession.

Whenever we intercede, God moves on our behalf. When we pray that His kingdom would come, and His will would be done, and that He would come back, He is hastened to let His kingdom come, and let His will be done, on earth as it is in heaven, and He is even more persuaded to return to the earth. Now why is that important when He already said that He was going to already going to do those things?===>That is the whole point of prayer. It is simply because He wants us to partner with Him, and agree with Him, and REALLY TRULY share His heart, and REALLY TRULY be ONE with Him, and REALLY TRULY show Him that we want Him, and are fully on board with what He is doing.--there are many more reasons, so I want to encourage you to dig deep into His heart and see what those things are this is a very important subject.

When we touch God, God touches our hearts in the most extreme ways. He impacts us to the point of even a holy fear of  the LORD, and a trembling in His presence, which is a life-changing experience.

Intercession is a two-way deal, because it is built on Intimacy. We have to know His heart, and what is on His heart to agree, and to partner with Him in prayer about it.

When we get into His heart, and see, and know what is on His heart, we can pray more effectively.

This drives me to the point of being on my knees before Jesus, crying out for more. I am lost without intimacy with my Bridegroom. My heart within me, is just burning to know passions of His heart.

I feel like this journey, is about to get even more intense.

Kasey

P.S.
Tomorrow I am going to be digging into this even more. We will hit on, How to partner with the holy heart of our God. Oh how we long to know You Jesus, please reveal to us our desires, and Your own desires. Help us to see things the way they truly are through the lens of Your WORD. In Jesus'-MIGHTY- Name.

Behold God is great and we do not know Him.-Job 36:26(NKJV)

Blown away...

I have lately been pray-reading, and I am SO intensely amazed at how the scriptures have been coming alive to me--in ways I have never experienced... So for those of you who read this blog, I just want to encourage you that praying as you read, it takes a while(for me at least), but it gets you into the heart of God- that is the only way I can describe it. I have like (as little as I have) but I have read the Word and then prayed over the passage, but I have never been so deep in the Word, as I have in my time of pray-reading. And you can find this ability, right in your prayer closet!!!

-Meditation-
Exodus 17
-TheSecretPlace-
Today I was reading, and meditating on this passage and the first 2 verses caught my attention, and I have been so into this concept lately, and it is just popping up everywhere. It is pretty intense in my face.
So the Israelites go to Rephidim, but there was a problem.... and that was there was no water.... And so the Israelites contend with Moses, and they tempt God, and get mad at Him, and obviously they take their trust off of God, pretty much because they do not understand how God works. Obviously later Moses hits the rock, and water comes out.
This is what stuck out to me, that after all that happened in Egypt with God's signs and wonders, and miracles, and how God, Man!! He brought the Israelites out of their house of BONDAGE which they hated, and after all of that they stopped trusting in God.... They wouldn't trust the God who brought them out of bondage, and decay, and captivity.
But the thing is, we have done the same thing. We so often take our eyes off of the God who brought us out of our own brokenness. We were so dead, and He has given us life to the full, and yet, we still neglect time in the secret place.
The Israelites merely did not have understanding. How much more would we obey God if we understood Him completely?? There isn't much faith in that. How different would their lives had been if they had just trusted Him, through their own blindness.
So I am struck... How far will I go in my obedience to Christ, even if everything He does through me is unseen. How are we going to respond to Him when He calls us? I think we really can do this, I don't think this is an unattainable, and its not just for scholars, or theologians, it is for average Joe's... it is even for the people of God, and He made it to be fully attainable.
I want to challenge us to do the very thing that kills our flesh, to obey Him, when He calls us to do what is beyond our understanding-it sounds cool when we put it that way-. No matter how hard it may be, He is here pushing us on, and helping us. So lets set our faces, and our hearts on trusting Him.
-Intercession-
Prayer focus: For the saints in the earth who are suffering persecution to be empowered, and strengthened for the sacrifices they have made for the LORD.

Holy Proposal

Hello all my fellow spiritual friends!! And welcome to this here blog.

I am currently blown away by the LORD. Please hold while I come back.... baha....ha... okay so that wasn't very funny at all.

Anyways....

-Meditation-
Exodus 16

=]

-TheSecretPlace-
I, this morning was pray-reading through Exodus 16, and God just showed me that which I did not expect... As I went through this chapter, I kept on praying for the youth of Dothan, and specifically the girls. I have been thinking about all of the friends I have that are really pursuing the LORD, and I realize more and more how different our parts are in the Kingdom, as men and women. The LORD has just been showing me how He views us, and how He does not one bit consider men better than women, or women better than men. But we instead complement each other. There is a great need for both men and women in the Body of Christ to step up and take the torch of prayer, and actually be used by the LORD to set others on fire.

So the LORD has given me, I guess what I consider a mandate, and a promise that I will hold on to until it becomes so, and that is to call the youth of Dothan to gather together to pray, and I believe that, that will happen, whether it be this week or in fifty years.

Back to Exodus.

So here, the Israelites are in the wilderness, from just getting out of what God calls, the house of bondage, which was slavery to the Egyptians. After being slaves for years and years and years the LORD finally hears their cry, and sends Moses to deliver the people.  So they are in the desert and start complaining once again because they are hungry and have gone without food for a while, and they complain to Moses, and getting furious with him for bringing them into the desert, thinking he did it so that they could just die in the desert... and it is really crazy all the things they say. So Moses and Aaron set them straight, and tell them that God said that He was going to rain bread from heaven so that they will not starve to death, God told Moses that He was testing the Israelites to see if they would obey Him, and the Israelites are still complaining and then Moses says to them "Come near before the LORD, for He has heard your complaints." and as Aaron was talking the GLORY of the LORD APPEARED in a cloud!! and the LORD announces that by the manna(daily bread), you shall know that I AM the LORD your GOD....

The story goes on and the LORD provides, but as I was reading this and praying through it, I was struck with this story line that the LORD is bringing us to... He is calling His Bride to the wilderness, and He is just saying "Come near to me, and come away with me'' and when we finally do I believe He is going to show us His glory, and make Himself known!

I believe, and this morning began to look at it as a holy proposal to His people to even now, before He splits the sky, to come away with Him and get to know His heart.

and to tie this in with the whole need of leadership in both men and women in the church!

I feel like women are really looked down upon, by a lot of men honestly, maybe because we are more fragile, and emotional, no matter how much some try to hide it, or maybe because most aren't as strong physically  as men are, and I want to just dispel the lie from the enemy that says a woman's role in the church is less affective than a man's. Even though this may seem a little silly, this is a very important issue, and the LORD made women the way we are for good. We are more emotional, so how much more can we be in tune with the emotions of God... Since we are girls, it is easier to view ourselves as the Bride of Christ. In the beginning at the fall of man, Eve wooed Adam to take the apple, what if we instead decided to take away the apple....
So I just want to encourage any woman of God who feels put down by the world saying you have nothing to offer, because you have so much more than you even know to offer.

And Men!
Are such leaders in the church, and I just want to encourage any male, who feels like they are not leaders, and that you have nothing to give, rebuke those lies. You are really the covering over the Bride, and I believe that the LORD moves in such power through you, the impact you have on our culture is unreal, and if you would step up and walk in your identity in Christ, you will be amazed at how God will use you.... There is so much that goes unsaid of the influence you have, and when you chase after God, it already pushes others on in doing the same...

So all of that to say!! Start a prayer meeting!! Do something to rise up, and say yes to God to go to the wilderness. Most of the time there is little understanding in the beginning of doing something like that, and then glory comes, and it makes a bit more since, but we have to set our minds on going after God, being available to Him, even if we are never used in this age, and even if we are just praying for the rest of our lives... Oh the treasures in heaven we will hold on to forever!

So be blessed today, pray about what I just said, and learn from the LORD what He would have you do. For divine ideas I would say going to the prayer closet is your best bet at finding one!!

Happy Consecration.

Hola mi amigos....

I am currently thinking about consecration, and how I view it.... And I am thinking about how the LORD views it....
Honestly I think that a consecrated lifestyle is absolutely the hardest lifestyle to live. I think that it is very lonely sometimes, and very hard, but I also believe-and strongly believe- that the consecrated lifestyle is the most rewarding lifestyle any one could walk in.

There is one overlooked aspect of consecration I believe, and see, and that is the JOY of the LORD.

When you are consecrating yourself to the LORD, you are really becoming more and more like Him. You experience His heart in levels of depth that you have never known, and you become a student of His emotions. That means you are going to experience the burden of the LORD in some degree, and you are going to get lonely at some point in time. You are going to cry more than you ever had before, but there is one more thing that comes with that, and that is JOY! When you dive into consecration, yes you dive into some loneliness, and some sadness, but I think, and fully believe, (and have experienced) that the FULLNESS of joy will also be poured out.

And that JOY is our strength.

Though the mourning may last for the night.... JOY comes in the morning.

There is great JOY in consecration.

It is so awesome!! Because when you are being consecrated, the emotions that come to your heart are really happy, and it is a weird happy.... its like the happy everyone gets either really annoyed at you for, or/and it is the happy everyone wants....

Because of our lack of consecration, there is a lack of joy. This brings about a problem, because when people look in from the outside, I am afraid they may be looking in on robots, and couch potatoes. This just means that we must pray, and fast.
I want to challenge you to make it a point to walk in the Joy that Christ is pouring out... as well as the urgency of the hour.

Let us wake up the Bride of Christ with great rejoicing, that the Bridegroom is coming, and He is coming quickly!!

Kasey

And oh yes!! FIRE HAMMER...

Ok so Jeremiah 23:29 says

"Is not My Word like fire" declares the LORD, "and like a hammer that dashes rock?"

SO there you have it the Word of God is a Fire Hammer... Rock Dasher.... its the Sword of the Spirit-- which I call the Sword Slasher... and it runs swiftly(Psalms... I don't know where that verse is)

SO MY CONCLUSION...

The Word of God is a Fire Hammer, Rock Dasher, Sword Slasher, that runs at you REALLY FAST..... AND YOU EAT IT!!!!! Woohoo.
