Jesus Walks With Us-Through It ALL.

-Meditation-
Daniel 3:25-27

--TheSecretPlace--

Hello All! I just thank the LORD that He gives us countless opportunities to be faithful to Him, and He gives us so much help to be obedient to Him, and then when we mess up He is the ULTIMATE Giver of Grace! I am proud to say that this is the God I/we serve!!!!!!!!! Praise Him!! Thank you Jesus!

=]

*Who You Keep In High Regard*
Man just going throughout today has been so challenging, and very different. The LORD is teaching me more, and more about HOW I can serve Him, and how I can be more obedient, and really how He has been teaching me is that He has been breaking me by correcting me, and opening my eyes to how often I choose to honor men more than God Himself. As I have been reading earlier today, and this week I keep on coming across in the Word tons of scripture about how we need to honor God before men, and how Israel had more regard for mankind than they did for God Himself. I keep on thinking about how sometimes I listen to man rather than God, and how I do my own thing instead of listening, and obeying the voice of the LORD in what I should be doing. I hope this is making sense.

A clear pictures of honoring God first-NO MATTER WHAT- is seen in the lives of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. They were told by their authority(all of their authority-except for Daniel) to bow down to this image that the king set up, and they refused to bow down and worship it because by doing that:
#1) They would have defiled themselves
#2) They would have been unfaithful, and disobedient to Jesus

Those are both things that they were unwilling to let happen. When the king commanded them to be unfaithful to our God, he(the king) crossed the line.
I believe that we must obey our authorities, except for the condition of unfaithfulness, and disobedience to GOD, and that is what Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego did. They refused to be unfaithful to Jesus, and I believe that is one thing that we desperately need to grip, and wrap our hearts around.
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego did not honor man more than God, and we need to do the same no matter what it takes. Sometimes it is really hard, and sometimes we get thrown into a 'fire', but I believe that the LORD also strengthens us, and helps us to follow Him through those things.

My question for you is on these same lines, and I want to encourage you to evaluate your heart, and get rid of any compromise.
Do you honor men more than God?
Who do you hold in highest regard in your life?
Do you care more about what people(specific person?) say(s) about you, or what God says about you?
The reason I want to put these questions out here is not for you to answer back, or tell the whole world, but I want you to ask yourselves these questions, and ask the LORD to reveal to you anything you need to change in your life personally.

If you want to talk to me about it you can, but talk to the LORD about it first.

*God Amazes/Surprises Even Those Who Oppose Him*

While Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were thrown into the fire, JESUS came and walked with them in it!!!!! So when Nebuchadnezzar looked into the furnace he was dumb-founded, and couldn't even understand what he was SEEING! He saw the three men he had thrown into the furnace walking around with the LORD!!!! What an amazement, and a surprise!
The hope of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego brought them to the place of not even getting burned from within a EXTREMELY HOT FURNACE, but instead they walked with the LORD!!! This is what it looks like when we walk through the 'fire' in our lives with the LORD, even though our circumstances look really bad nothing is worse than being separated from our LOVE-our LORD Jesus! I would even say to think about this when you feel just dry, and under pressure, and just like everything is falling apart, and remember that Jesus is with you all the way! He is always here for us, and when we seek first the kingdom of God, then everything else will be added to us(Matthew 6:33)

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego had such great hope in an even GREATER GOD. Praise Him we serve the SAME GOD!! Into ETERNITY!!! We will never get bored.

*Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego Came Out Of The Fire-UNBURNED, and UNHARMED*Daniel 3:27

Because they walked through the fire with Jesus, and He put a covering over Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego's bodies they were completely unharmed, and unburned from the fire that they were fully immersed in-That is very radical. They got to experience this in the physical realm of heaven-here on earth. Jesus(I believe it was Jesus) actually walked with them through the fire! Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego had hope, and believed in the LORD's power to do what pleased Him, and that is what they wanted.

How Awesome, and the one thing really awesome that I want to talk about also is that JESUS walks with us as well, only we have Holy Spirit, and Holy Spirit guides us, and leads us, and comforts us, and walks with us through our lives, through all of the fire, and all of the attacks from the enemy, and no matter what happens physically, or emotionally, The LORD brings us out of the fire, and presents us to Jesus unburned, and unharmed. And at the end of the age no harm wil befall us.

We will be unharmed, and without burn, because He will heal all of our wounds, and there will be no more pain(Revelation21:4)

*Jesus Was With Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego The Whole Time, Through It All*

What really is awesome about this passage that we are almost done dissecting for now is that Jesus was really with Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego the whole time they did not bow down to the image, and they refused to obey the king. He was with them when they were in the furnace, and even when they got out. Right now Jesus is with them, and He remains faithful to them to this day! Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego stood faithful, and in the same way we can be faithful to Jesus.
We can trust Him in hard times, and throughout our lives when it is hard, and when it is easy, Jesus stands with us, and for us, and we also get to stand with Him, and for Him.

Be blessed in the place of revelation.

---Intercession---

Father of Glory, I just want to thank you for what you are doing, and I just ask Father that you would make yourself known to us, please give to us a spirit of wisdom, and revelation. We need desperately Your help God to even survive through the darkness that is attacking us from every side. I just pray that you would give your people confidence to walk in the Spirit, in all boldness, and truth.
Jesus you are GOOD!! YOU ARE SO GOOD! You are such a GOOD GOD! Please cover us with Your blood, and shower down on us the rains of Your GREAT LOVE.
I love You LORD, You are so SO GOOD! In Jesus Name. Amen.

Intense Heat.

-Meditation-
Daniel 3:22-24

--TheSecretPlace--

Hello all.

Daniel 3 has been such a good passage of scripture, and we are so blessed to be able to search out the Word.

Daniel 3:22-24

22 The king's command was so urgent and the furnace so hot that the flames of the fire killed the soldiers who took up Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, 23 and these three men, firmly tied, fell into the blazing furnace.

24 Then King Nebuchadnezzar leaped to his feet in amazement and asked his advisers, "Weren't there three men that we tied up and threw into the fire?"
They replied, "Certainly, O king."

So this is intense, we see that the soldiers who were bringing Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego to the furnace who were the strongest soldiers of king Nebuchadnezzar(v.20) died from the heat as they brought Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego to the furnace. What amazes me is how these three were so stable, and faithful to Jesus until the end they were unshaken in their faith. So then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego fall into the furnace.

I want to stop right there for the discussion of this blog tonight.

What sticks out to me, and what the LORD was just showing me earlier is just that sometimes we are brought to the fire. The place of persecution/pain/not fun-ness, sometimes the enemy pulls us down in boredom, and he discourages us, and we are just brought to this place where it is just hard to stand.

Sometimes we are so close to the fire though it is easy to trip, and fall in, because we sometimes play with fire.

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were trusting in the LORD through this all, they were completely humble, and they were seeking the LORD's will above everything, and they knew that with Jesus there is no turning back. You are either with Him, or against Him, and they knew that no matter what they were with Him.

Even though later, which I will talk about in the next couple of days, they were saved from the fire, they had no idea if Jesus was going to save them, and I am sure they felt the burn in their flesh about what was coming, but they were confident that no matter how hot the fire would be that going through some temporary flame is not enough to separate them from the LORD.

Today I want to encourage you, if right now you are in a season of going through the fire, and being pushed into the furnace by the attacks of the enemy I want to encourage you to persevere, and that the LORD is always with us. No matter what we walk through, no matter what we have done, He is always our Strong Tower, and He is here for us. When we take refuge in Him, we see more and more that our pain is so small to the pain in His heart to know us! His bride.

So be blessed and encouraged, and take heart through the fire, through persecution in whatever way it may be whether it is from God, or from man.

---Intercession---

Father please strengthen us, and help us to persevere when its hard, and to stay focused when it may be 'easy'. God I thank you for your goodness, and ask that you would just remind us to take refuge in you continually. We love you, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

Be Blessed.

Daniel 3:19-21

-Meditation-
Daniel 3:19-21

--TheSecretPlace--

Yo.

Today I am excited to say that I am going to continue my posting on Daniel 3, and I don't know what all of you think of it, but I am absolutely loving this passage of scripture!!

What happens in this whole chapter up to verse 21 is this...
King Nebuchadnezzar makes an image, and tells everyone to worship it, but Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego refuse to bow down and worship it, and they took their stand in faithfulness to Jesus, and the king didn't like it, and he was furious with them, and didn't like them anymore because in their obedience to our/their God they were disobeying him, and refused to do what he commanded. So king Nebuchadnezzar made the guards heat up the furnace 7 times hotter than usual, and commanded his strongest soldiers to bind up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego and to throw them into the furnace, and Shadrach Meshach, and Abednego without defending themselves were thrown into the furnace.

This just blows me away! In so many different ways!!! I am truly amazed.

Firstly I want to take notice of how even though Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego knew that they were going to be thrown into the furnace (unless God caused something to happen) they remained faithful to Jesus with no doubt that they were in the will of God-which was their concern. They did not fear the threats, or persecution of the king, because they knew that if they obeyed king Nebuchadnezzar instead of the King of Glory their punishment was going to be eternal--A LOT worse than just a really hot furnace. They would have rather been punished by man than GOD. They had cultivated a fear of the LORD-1 thing that so many, including king Nebuchadnezzar- lacked greatly.

How do you stand in the face of persecution, in the time where you can choose to make a fool of yourself, or remain normal like everyone else?

I am proud to say that even as Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego stood for the LORD, we can stand for Him with faithful hearts, just as they did. If it is your desire to do that-to stand for Jesus, then you have to make the choice everyday to serve, and worship God, rather than any other thing that sets itself up to take the place of God in your life, and your heart. We must get rid of anything that hinders love, and make ourselves pure and holy to the LORD.

Just as Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego we are sometimes thrown into 'blazing hot furnaces' when we stand for Jesus. Whatever your persecution is, whether it is being gossiped about, or slandered, or being physically persecuted the LORD sees you, and He doesn't leave us during times of persecution, during loneliness, when all of your friends leave you because you choose to follow God instead of doing what is wrong, but instead He walks with you, and by you in the fire.

Continuing on that, I want to talk about how Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were faced with persecution, and how what was coming sounded horrible, and nasty, and painful yet they had confidence that the reward from the LORD in heaven was so much better than any persecution we could endure on this earth. Their minds were on heaven, and they trusted that they were in Gods hand no matter what. IN THE SAME WAY even though the walk is hard, the reward is GREAT, and Jesus smiles at us when we choose Him, even when faced with pain. He knows how hard it can be sometimes, and He is praying for us to choose Him even though it hurts sometimes, and the truth is that there is way more pain coming to those who reject Him, than those who accept, and love HIM.

So BE ENCOURAGED to continue to run the race, and seek HIS face.
Be blessed, and I hope that you will continue to press into the LORD when it is hard to, and when you don't want to.

---Intercession---

Father God, I just want to come to You right now on behalf of all who are reading this, and all of Your people on earth, and I just ask that you would give them understanding and faith to endure what is hard in order to get the greatest reward. And I pray also that You would just reveal Jesus to us in new ways, and in the power of Your Holy Spirit I pray that You would fill us, and strengthen us to seek You, and to trust you through the hard times, and even through the worst persecution. Thank You that You are always with us, and that you are helping us to love You more. I love You LORD, and just pray that you would continue to reveal yourself to me, and to others as we read Your Word.
Love You, Bless You LORD, In Jesus Name. Amen.

Blessing to the LORD!

Sell Out.

Last week and this week I have been so very busy, and I would like to apologize for putting such a pause on my posts. Last week I went to the beach with my family, and we got back Sunday, and it has been non-stop busy.

The LORD is really, honestly bringing me through a really tough season of life right now, and one thing that I have realized in my walk with the LORD through this season that I have not really realized too much before in the past is that it is so easy for me to get content with where I am in life, I do not want to be, but it is just an easy comfortable thing to do. Another thing I realize is that it is so easy for me to get distracted from the LORD, and what I need to be focused on, and both of these things HINDER LOVE- and GOD, and when that happens it is a HUGE PROBLEM. AND If I go for long periods of time without quiet time with God my heart grows more and more complacent, and cold, and hard. That is one reason why it is SO IMPORTANT to stay in the secret place continually, it keeps your heart mold-able, and pure before the LORD. The place of prayer centers us in the LORD.

In this season I have been broken. I have realized not even the full amount of how easy I let things get in the way between God, and myself.-ouch- He has so gripped my heart, and convicted me, and BROKEN me, and brought me to my knees, that I realize that I am, in NO WAY, strong. I am in no way wise. I have no source for strength except that which is in CHRIST JESUS. He ALONE is my Source.

I have been brought to my knees, and on my face this week in tears, under the deep conviction of Holy Spirit-that I have no idea what it looks like to pursue the LORD with all that I am, in all seriousness, and in His JOY, and that breaks my heart.

I want to go so deep, and run so hard after Christ that I GET LOST IN HIM!

I want to experience that which I have never experienced. That which HE is offering ME, and my hope is that you would want to experience, and grab hold of what He is offering YOU.

Will we go after Him? Will we go after the ONLY ONE WHO IS WORTHY TO BE SOUGHT AFTER!?

This week I was brought to the place of repentance.
My complacency has held me back from fully embracing Jesus Christ who is fully GOD, and fully MAN. I really had to be broken to see this in my own life.
BUT I SAY NO MORE HINDRANCES TO LOVE!! AND YES TO LOVE HIMSELF.
The LORD is really humbling me, and creating within me a pure, holy, and meek heart, and the more I go low, the more open, and ready my heart becomes to receive more of JESUS, and He makes my heart come alive.

Tonight the LORD just spoke this to me, and I wrote it down, and want to share it with you.
This is to you, from Abba.

Who are you?
Who do you say you are?
Are you confident where you stand
Do you think you've gone far?

Have you touched the depths
Or gone to the heights
Or are you so hesitant to go
That you miss your flight?

That you miss your moment
Your moment to shine
With ALL that you are
With ALL that is Mine

OR

Will you do the one thing needed
Will you stand completely heeded
With JESUS as your prize
With arms held up high

Will you sell yourself out
Be recklessly abandoned
Or will you set your gaze
On that which opposes Heaven

From: The Father.

Set your gaze on things above.

I am praying for the LORD to raise up a cry within you to know, and understand His heart for you more and more, and one thing that you can hold onto is that NO MATTER WHAT we will NEVER truly know how much the LORD loves, and cares about us!! No matter what! We are the very APPLE of His eye. The CENTER of His heart, and His affections. And He is looking for those who will put Him in the center of their own lives. So be BLESSED. Be ENCOURAGED! And run hard after the LORD, do what is NEEDED, always be open for correction, and let Him grip you.

Let us stand as faithful witnesses together.

Belonging to the LORD.

Trust In The Hand Of God.

-Meditation-
Daniel 3:16-18

--TheSecretPlace--

This Scripture is so wonderful, and awesome I am just going to write it all out.

''Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego replied to the king, 'O Nebuchadnezzar, we do not need to defend ourselves before you in this matter. If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to save us from it, and he will rescue us from your hand, O king. But even if He does not, we want you to know, O king, that we will not serve your gods, or worship the image of gold you have set up.'"

What great FAITH and TRUST in the hand of the LORD!! Before king Nebuchadnezzar, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego stood faithful to Jesus in all that they did, and said. They did not even try to defend themselves! They had no concern that there was a threat on their lives to death, their only concern was to please the LORD their God in all of their doings. By this act/move of faith they were posturing themselves as completely humble servants in submission to the LORD's will for their lives. They had confidence that they were in the LORD's hands, and even the king could not pluck them out of it, they knew that death in this life would not seperate the from the LORD. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were willing to travel on the path of their destiny that the LORD had for them to travel on no matter what. They knew that the LORD's plans were the best plans, and they did not waver in their trusting in Him. It was He who brought them to this land they then lived in, and it was the LORD that set them in the places of authority they were in---How could they take their trust out of their GOD?==> The answer to that question is they could not. They had encountered the goodness of our God, and they had seen the works of His GREAT and AWESOME power, and they were not about to give up their place in His heart, they were lovestruck by a HOLY HOLY God.

There are a few things that we can take from this passage, and we are going to do just that right now.

One thing that sticks out to me in Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego-and that is that their trust was in the hand of the LORD- and in the same way, our trust needs to be in Him.
They had confidence in the LORD's will for their lives, even in the hard circumstances they knew that they needed the LORD's will no matter what, because His way/will is the way to eternal, and abundant life. They understood that they needed that in their own lives.
They were no afraid of the enemies that took their stand up against them. Their eyes and hearts were focused on the victory that they already had in the LORD. They had assurance that the LORD would accomplish His will, and they knew that, that was the most important thing-They were even willing to die for the LORDs will to be done!! Do you want the will of God that much?? This is the kind of desire for the LORD's will to be accomplished that we all need to have- The heart that says 'Lord, I want Your will to be done, even if I don't see it, even if I die for it to be done.' This was what was in their hearts.
They knew that they had to follow the LORD no matter what the cost. They were not interested in merely living long, they wanted even more than that to glorify God in all they did even to the point of death.

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego knew that no matter what kind of torture came their way nothing was more important than staying true to Jesus. This is something that I see attacking my generation. There are so many youth who say they are Christians, and there are so many that say they love God, but in the face of being made fun of, or picked on, or persecuted they step down like it was all a joke. This is not faithfulness to Jesus, in fact I think it breaks His heart. My prayer for my generation is that we would wake up and see Jesus, and how worthy He is to be praised, and how we are being called to worship Him, and to LOVE Him. I just want to call you, and challenge you to be praying the LORD's heart over the people of God, for your generation, and for those generations living on the earth. The LORD wants to move in each generation, and He wants us to pull together, and be united in Christ.

One really important thing about this passage of scripture, and in the lives of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego is that Holy Spirit empowered them to stand before the king with boldness. They couldn't have done this without God. Imagine yourself before the president and him commanding you to do something, and what he was commanding you to do was against Jesus, and you told him ''no, and I have no need to defend myself, because my God can save me from what you want to do to me, and even if he doesn't I would never do what you are telling me to do." You know that you would NEED Holy Spirit to empower you with boldness and strength to stand. I just want to encourage you to prepare yourselves for the days, and times where, and when this will have to be your response to those who command you to sin. Get to the place of prayer so that you may stand firm in the foundation of Christ Jesus, and His WORD. GET INTO THE BIBLE!! GET TRUTH RUNNING THROUGH YOUR OWN SYSTEM!!

The last thing I want to talk about is how we, as the Bride of Christ, and as the people of God, we need to let the LORD mold us, and form us in our faith to love Him wholly, and to do what He calls us to do in boldness. Lets make ourselves mold-able. We need to let Jesus soften our hearts, and He will make us like Him. Praise the LORD! In Jesus Name.

---Intercession---
Lord Jesus, please help us to be mold-able. Reveal Jesus to Your Bride. I pray that we would have open hearts to Your move, and that however you want to soften our hearts, and mold our hearts please just COME and have Your way, because it is the BEST way, and Your way is the way we want to walk in. Lord, thank you for the blessing of being able to trust in You, and in Your hand. God just the fact that we don't have to do anything special for you, for You to love us is so wonderful-And You still blow us away with blessings. Lord, I just pray that you would cover us, Your Bride, and cover Your people with Your blood. I pray that you would fill us with Love joy peace patience kindness goodness faithfulness gentleness and self control. Fill us with righteousness and justice, let us feel the burnings of Your heart. I love You LORD. Thank You for love Lord. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Blessings to the LORD!!
