As I was praying today, and as I was listening the the LORD, He just revealed Himself to me more, and showed me some really cool things.... That I want to share =]

I just heard Him speak these words, so I'm just going to write it like He said it. =]

 'I am inviting you, my people to come on a journey into My heart, and into My thoughts, and the way to know Me, My heart, and My thoughts is prayer. What better thing to pray than the Word of God.'

------Pause-------

Ok so Jesus is inviting us, His people to know Him, and to know basically His secrets, to know the mysteries of Himself. And I believe He is showing us that the BEST way to partner with Him in intercession, and the BEST way to know Him in prayer, is through His Word--- Which is ABSOLUTE TRUTH. We have full assurance what the will of God is through His Word. We can intimately enter into ALL He has for us in intercession and in prayer through His Word. PLUS, What better thing to pray over yourself or over someone else than the VERY WORD OF THE LORD. We are to dig deep into His Word through prayer and intercession, and there is nothing greater! There is no better calling than what I am putting before you today, because we are all going to be doing it FOREVER, and it puts us before the FATHER.

-------Un-pause-------

SO... Pray His Word. Just go through, and get caught up in what you are praying, don't just take it on casually, as the Word of God, the Word of God should be treated as the Word of the LIVING and TRUE GOD. Get caught up on a word, or a verse or a phrase-whatever strikes you-like-> I am dark, but lovely.(SOS 1:5) praise Him for it, and THANK Him for it- Go deep into it.

Whatever you do don't just sit around trying to think of what to pray for, do basic stuff, and let the Holy Spirit lead you as you pray.

Intercession is deeply linked to INTIMACY, in fact, INTERCESSION, is at the HEART of INTIMACY, but also... INTIMACY is at the heart of INTERCESSION they go together. Jesus went up to the mountain to be with the Father, and there in that secret place was where intercession poured out of Himself. So how are we going to get into the Father's heart, and mind??    The secret place. Where no one sees you, but the FATHER. When no one hears you, but the FATHER. secret place.

When we are found in the secret place by the Father, He then I believe fills our hearts with intercession, and we can partner with Him in intercession, and we can partner with Him in establishing JUSTICE. 

I hope this is helpful..... Resources on intercession is found in your very own (prayer)closet!! Help yourself to the Word of God, and would you like intimacy with that, SHUT THE DOOR AND ITS YOURS!!

Father I pray for anointing to enter into the holy place, would you pour out Your Spirit to those who are hungry, and thirsty who are running after You. I love You LORD, and thank You for Your Word. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

--The Secret Place--

Hello fellow intercessors!!!! I have been on such a journey lately. Life has been happening, and throwing it's troubles, and some blessings at me as well. I have been a little unfaithful at posting lately, so I apologize for that, but I believe the LORD is revealing Himself to those who seek Him.

The LORD has really been laying on my heart intercession, and LOVE, and most of all JUSTICE. I have found that justice is woven between almost everything in the Bible, and in life. In the earth there is a need for justice, and that need will only be met through intercession, and prayer. Justice will be released through an abundant measure of a revelation of God's love. His love for His people, and His love for justice is great. So I have been constantly confronted with the revelation, and fact that God is looking for people, and people, and any one person to partner with Him in intercession out of love for Him. There is a question in His heart for His people, and I believe that, that question is 'Will you be an intercessor?' I believe that we are all intercessors, and it is the greatest honor to partner with God in intercession--- which is our eternal calling.

So I have been focusing, and will be focusing on these two questions......

'What is intercession?' and 'How can I partner with the LORD in intercession?'

So these next few days, and possibly weeks I will be learning, and posting, and getting, and giving resources on intercession. So let's go deep into this. 

But before I end this post, I want to say that I really believe that intercession is one of the most excellent ways to show the LORD that you love Him, and you love what He loves, and you hate what He hates, and it is partnering with Him in all that He is doing. It is a glorious thing!

---Intercession---

Lord, Jesus, You are the great intercessor, and I just want to thank you so much for being my intercessor. Thank you for being a caring Bridegroom, I pray that You would help us to walk in our calling as intercessors, and I pray that You would just wake us up. I love you, and trust You. Thank You for letting me, and letting Your people partner with You in intercession! In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Isaiah 56:7

--The Secret Place--

So, I have been praying, and just experiencing joy. Real Joy. I actually heard a sermon by Billy Humphrey, and he was talking about intercession, and this verse came up, and he was just talking about how God makes His intercessors full of joy, He makes us happy when we pray. =]

So basically this verse is saying, to me at least, that Jesus wants us to partner with Him-The Intercessor- in intercession, and not only does He want us to pray and intercede and be burdened for what He is burdened about, He wants, and LOVES to make us happy! He makes us JOYFUL.

So many times, I get into this mode, where I am really just too serious, and when I am in my serious "It's the end of the age" mode, I just get to thinking too much, and I end up getting worried, and frustrated, which HELLO isn't good fruit. So this verse just gives a whole new outlook on how we come into the presence of the LORD, and how we handle situations, it gives reason to not go into 'serious mode'. With the revelation that He wants to make us joyful when we pray, we can go into His presence,  intercession be made, get the burden of the LORD, but over all, be filled with unexplainable JOY!! Leave burdened, but not worried, or frustrated.

I think about this and laugh. The JOY of the LORD is my strength, not the burden of the LORD. When I try to make the burden of the LORD my strength, it becomes a bad thing to bear because BURDEN is not suppose to, nor was ever suppose to take the place of JOY.Joy..... It just changes the way you look at things.... 

So we can know it is the end of the age, and carry the urgency of the hour in our hearts(as I believe we need to), and prepare the way of the LORD, but we will do it in joy. Now you may ask, 'Why would we be filled with this joy, if it is the end of the world and Jesus is coming back to destroy everything we know?' Well Here is the answer=== How could you not be excited that our Bridegroom King is coming back with His scepter of JUSTICE, FOR HIS BRIDE!! FOR ME!! AND FOR YOU!!! There is a balance, but for me overall, I am excited, because I believe that in the end times, and in the tribulation, will be the biggest, worldwide revival no one has ever seen, because we will have no other choice but to throw away EVERYTHING that hinders LOVE, and we will LOVE.

It is interesting to think about, in fact I think I will probably talk about it more later on this week =]

---Intercession---

Father, Thank You so much for giving us JOY in Your presence, I pray that You would minister to each, and every person reading this, and I just pray that You would fill them with Your joy. We love You LORD, and pray that You would just awaken intercession within our hearts. In Jesus Name. Amen.

2 Samuel 15:15

-The Secret Place-

Ok so, what I want to focus on in these 3 verses are 2 phrases that have struck my heart this week. 1 is out of chapter 15, David is fleeing from Absalom, and his servants say to David, "Behold, YOUR SERVANTS are READY to DO whatever YOU CHOOSE."

'Your servants are ready to do whatever You choose.'

After I read that I had to stop. The LORD began to show me what it means to have this prayer in my heart towards Him. What does it take to have this prayer resounding in my heart. 

I prayed about this verse and this is what the LORD spoke to me.

"Kasey, This is the word My people must live out and speak to Me, for Me to do what is on My heart. I charge you, fight for this to happen, for this to be the cry of your heart, and the cry in the hearts of My people."

I kept on going deeper into this verse, into this prayer before the LORD and began to ask Him what are the requirements for this to be the cry of my heart.

He just spoke to me...

You must be completely given to Me in LOVE NOT duty.

You must serve Me, be My servant, think, act and live as My servant, with the knowledge that you are greatly loved.

You must be prepared, and ready to obediently do whatever I choose for you to do. Whatever I call you to do in every single circumstance of life.

You have to choose what I choose, be willing to stand for Me, even unto death.

The LORD is setting people apart by this very verse, and this very cry.

This cry is precious to the LORD, it implies the FAITHFULNESS of His people(unto death).

So, how are we going to live this out in our lives? I want to challenge you to go deep into this very verse.

This screams the essence of being set apart to the LORD. As His people we are to be set apart to Him.

I will post again tomorrow......So be digging, be digging deeply into the Word of God, ask God to give you a hunger for His Word.

-Intercession-

Father, I pray that this would resound in the hearts of those reading this blog, and in the hearts of those seeking and pursuing You. I pray that You would capture our hearts to be fascinated with and by You. Would You be our everything LORD, I just want to say Abba, that we trust You. You are good, and we love you. Here we are, please come and make Yourself known to us in the secret place as we give ourselves to You.

I love You, we love You, and I pray that You would just write this Word on our hearts.

Make Your servants ready to do whatever You choose for us to do. In Your Name Jesus. Amen

Love...

Today is a day, to set ourselves apart to the LORD, to show Him our love for Him. What a great God we have!! I am reminded that Jesus is the GREATEST expression of love! How He gave all to be one with us. He is now preparing us, His bride to really really be one. To be with Him in the fullness of His glory.

We are so blessed!

 God, we thank you for how great you are! We give you glory and honor and praise. Jesus, be glorified in us. We love you. Please continue to reveal yourself to us.

This week I am going to be posting about consecration, about what our lives should look like before Christ, and before others.--from my point of veiw at least--

I believe the LORD is calling SO MANY right now to be set apart. Young and old He is pouring out His Spirit. 

So be praying, and be seeking His face.

Onething..... An Update

Hey everyone I just felt the need to update.

The LORD is really just taking me through a time of focus, and just bringing me deeper. I will be posting more, but just to explain everything. It has been such a challenge lately to set myself apart, but the more I do it the more I see the fruit of when I have done it in the past. So I just want to encourage you to keep on pursuing a life in the secret place. Know the thoughts of God. Do what is in your heart. I love you guys! Be blessed!!! Jesus is pouring out Himself to those who go low, those who are humble. I am praying for you!!!

How can it be?

How can it be that we live in such a way that we are blind to the truth about what God says about us?

We are the apple of His eye. With one glance we caught His eye. With one look His way, His heart has been CAPTIVATED, and ENRAPTURED. In His eyes we are BEAUTIFUL, and He doesn't want us to deny it. He loves us the way we are. We are His delight. 

Don't you want to know God?? I do, but so many times, I find myself turning my gaze away from the One who cherishes it the MOST!!!! I need to surrender my gaze. I need to give myself away to the One who satisfies my every need. I NEED Jesus. I NEED His help. I am a guilty sinner, and I need to look at situations the way God does. I sometimes get a little frustrated, and mad, and really that is the WRONG way to handle situations.... but THANK GOODNESS I am forgiven, and I am cleansed by His blood. Wow. I need revelation(Don't we all?). God wants me, God wants you! When we turn our gaze and give our attention to things like well, bad thoughts, gossip, T.V.,  and the things of this world, when we do that, we neglet the Love of our lives, and it so grieves His heart. I really really don't want to do that. My focus gets so messed up at times, and it's like I don't even think about how the LORD really wants me to handle it. But thank goodness He even cares so much to turn that around to show me/us that He loves me/us.

Prayer is the only way to get Gods heart on the so many issues we find ourselves dealing with. So lets jump deep into the waters of His heart.
